This is a really great supplement that vastly enhances both the ways a character can use shields, as well as what kind of characters might be interested in shields at all (basically everybody, as it turns out!). I find the options, particularly the items, to be very well balanced, with the possible exception of the Mirror Warrior (though I have yet to playtest that archetype). I would definitely recommend this supplement!
