The empty mansion moans,
On High Street every midnight,
It whispers and it groans,
And eats up all the moonlight.
The windows are all dark,
The locks, they have all broken,
So let’s go have a lark,
And throw the front door open!
Are you brave? Are you bold?
Say goodbye, and face your fate,
When you cross the threshold
Of the Haruvex Estate!

Belcorra has been defeated, but the question of what the Haruvexes may have left behind in Absalom has driven your heroes to the Haruvex Estate. There they investigate rumblings of renewed activity within the long-abandoned mansion and find a gathering of fiends, clockworks, and, of course, abominations. Their investigation leads them to a mystery in the basement below that may yet threaten Absalom.

Continue your Abomination Vaults adventure in this exciting sequel for 11th through 20th levels!

Do you have a timeframe for the Foundry Integration? Tempted to pick this up, but would definitely prefer to not have to transcribe it to VTT by hand.

I liked it so much that I'm developing it as an unofficial extension to the abomination vaults in Foundry using the AV CSS styling. I've got a really customized instance of AV going that this is a great addendum to. Let me know if you would like a copy when I'm done!

Also, is there a discrete way to ping you about any typos?

Dang. Another option for post-AV play that is too tempting! Might be an excellent purchase just for the Absalom content.

Well, it might not add much to Absalom lore, but it does have a gazetteer for [spoiler redacted].

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
